2025-10-29 Founding of the Vinyl Cache Association¶

The association was founded 2025-10-29 by three members ratifying version 1.00 of the bylaws, and electing themselves as the initial Governing Board:

All members of the initial Governing Board signed the the bylaws with their PGP keys, and these documents are filed in the association’s archives.
