What’s new / Upgrading¶
This section describes the changes and improvements between different versions of Vinyl Cache, and what upgrading between the different versions entail.
Releases up to and including 8.0 were called Varnish. From 9.0 on, this project is called Vinyl Cache and releases called Varnish are continued by Varnish Software as a fork.
