Don't upload rpm packages to sf yet

Don't upload rpm packages of varnish-1.0.4 to sf yet. There's a small
upgrade problem. Users upgrading from the previous version released as
rpms on sourceforge will need it a lacking 'obsoletes' in the libs
package, I think. There is no need for changes in the upstream sources,
and the package will be identical to the upstream one in all other
cases.

I will fix this and build and upload el4 and el5 packages tomorrow.
