Varnish will now install the headers required to write software that
uses libvarnishapi (e.g. the Nagios plugin).  It also installs a
pkg-config description file.  You have two weeks to figure out how to
update your packages accordingly :)  The release date is July 20th, and
I would really hate to have to delay it.
