 I have a similar feature request, as we also monitor some values of
 varnishstat:
 - MAIN.backend_fail
 - MAIN.sess_drop
 - MAIN.sess_fail

 Currently the only way to clear the counters is restarting varnish, which
 is not so nice because requests are going to fail. So maybe the
 possibility to clear all stats is also useful.
