 Timestamp records are recorded before SLT_Begin on pipelining requests.
 This causes the batch records to be recorded as all belonging to VXID 0
 instead of the VXID that the request will get once the it is assigned. The
 log API will then skip that entire batch of records, hiding these log
 requests on anything except -g raw.
