Subject: Varnish 4.0.3 released

Dear Varnish community.

It is my pleasure to announce the release of Varnish Cache 4.0.3.

Most noteworthy changes since last 4.0 release:
* 26 reported bugs fixed.
* Replaced objects are now expired immediately, instead of kept around
until expiry.
* Memory usage on chunked backend responses is lower.

Redhat and Debian/Ubuntu package repositories will get the updated
